Complaints and Grievances Policy

This policy is intended to ensure that the Hope Vale Foundation Limited (“the Foundation, us, we”) handles any complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively. This policy provides guidance to our staff and people who wish to make a complaint on the key principles and concepts of our complaint management system.

We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we walk. We pay our respects to Elders past and present as we walk this journey of healing together.
