The Board has prepared and adopted this Statement on the basis that strong corporate governance can add to the performance of the Foundation and engender the confidence of the Foundation’s members, partners and community to which the Board is resposinbile (and accountable for on behalf of the Foundation) to follow this document in all its dealings.
