The Hope Vale Foundation’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on Wednesday 20 November 2024.
The 2023–2024 year marked a new era for the Foundation—rebuilding governance, policies, and workforce strategies.
The key highlights of this period included forming partnerships, securing grants, and community sponsorships.
Despite challenges, the Foundation remains committed to growth and impactful initiatives ahead.
The Meeting was led by Hope Vale Foundation Chair, Katherine Steffensen, with attendance from members in person and online via Teams. Several members who weren’t able to attend in person demonstrated their support by providing signed proxy forms, leading to well above quorum for the Meeting. Hope Vale Foundation was also thrilled to have its accountant and auditor from Grubers Beckett Chartered Accountants attend the meeting.
